  We have 24 hour maintenance call out. All front and rear gardens are maintained for free. Gas central heating is covered by British Gas. Gas Safety and Fire Inspections are completed annual on moving in. On each floor of every property there are fire alarms connected to the mains electricity and Fire Extinguishers provided with Electrical Installation Inspection completed every 3 years. We also provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for every house.
